My Approach

Initially, I began as a Hatha yoga teacher and then added Yin yoga to my repertoire. And I always give some breath techniques and meditation and visualization exercises on my classes. I love to help you to connect with your body through movement, breath, mind and feel you and your body as ONE, feel inspired after the class, light, more open and acceptive. This can be thrilling, exciting and empowering.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha and vinyasa yoga - is a flow, movement, strength and energy. You breathe and you let your breath helps you to be the ONE with your body. It is conjunction of moon and sun, living asanas in statics, maximum sensation and awareness of yourself, your strength and your spirit through asanas, pranayamas and meditative techniques.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga has become an integral part of both my personal practice and the practices of my students. It’s a skill to feel yourself and your body, remaining in poses for an extended period of time. It’s a practice that flows like water. Relaxation and pause. This is an invitation to your body to relax and let go of all the accumulated information. Work with tissues and organs, with a nerve cells. This is depth.

Benefits of Yin Yoga:

  1. Stretch and stimulate the layers of fascia in our body.

  2. Stretch our ligaments and maintain the range of motion of our joints.
