It is a form of Pilates where you use a reformer machine and it is more dynamic and challenging form of exercises than Pilates on a mat. The reformer “bed” is loaded with springs and ropes to create a greater range of motion and adjusting the springs you can increase or decrease resistance.
You will never be bored on the reformer, because there are huge variations of movement and using creativity we can always change something and adjust, as you flow on the machine. This is so much fun, really!
